LGN 2012 Inter Advertising 5km results:
OMG UK crowned LGN 2012 Inter Advertising 5km champions:
They say winning a title is hard but successfully defending it is harder, and OMG UK proved how hard they had to run and push through the burning lactic threshold to again hold off team Carat.
When OMG UK won the LGN 5km title in 2011 they narrowly beat Carat by 66 seconds and when you think their cumulative time was over three and half hours you understand how slender last year's victory truly was. However, in Olympic year under LGN's in-house Run Club training OMG UK slashed their 2011 team time by over 5 minutes, even though the Carat team gave impressive chase the gap in 2012 rose...

Jones Lang LaSalle 2012 Property 5km results
LGN were once more the proud host of Jones Lang LaSalle's Property 5km and especially for this Olympic inspired addition which attracted 600 runners, two course records + a fundraising record for charity partner GOSH.
Many thanks again to LGN's partners The Royal Parks, Injury Rehab, Runners Need, Solid Steel & Circus Magic for helping make the event the success it was and we look forward with baited breath to the 2013 event.

Well done to all the advertising lactic loving people who took part in the 2011 LGN Inter Advertising 5km, your running energy created a unique atmosphere and each team displayed a noble running effort very much in keeping with Henry 8th's old Regents Park stomping ground.

Jones Lang LaSalle Property 5km 2011
500 people signed on this year to run the 3rd annual Jones Lang LaSalle Property 5km in Regents Park and raise valuable funds for affiliated charity Help the Hospices.
In 2011 the event went up another gear with on-site physio from the Injury Rehab team, a satelite bar facility , biomechanical expertise from Asics, not to mention the Pandemic steel band orchestra and post race isontic refreshment from Runners Need.

The Jones Lang LaSalle Property 5km, clear skys, fast & flat course & Regents Park Mosque as back drop - what more could you want....?
The weather also took a shine to proceedings and ensured as the race started at 6pm...

Anthony Nolan's Royal Romping 5km running joy
Once more the sun shone upon the annual Anthony Nolan Royal Romp 5km in glorious Regents Park.
The Royal Romp 5km runners registered early and like true blue bloods were instantly 'papped'
Congratulations to all runners, fundraisers, Pandemic Steel band members and the Anthony Nolan & LGN teams who helped make it such a feel good & smile orientated day.
Then the warm up began with LGN's elite Run Club trainer Shaun Dixon
And they warmed up, in dressed, super hero capes and cave man oufits, oh yes they warmed up

The sun shone, Vangellis & an extensive Bill Conti aka Rocky compilation were played and oh how the ad industry responded with some running emotion.
We had two new Inter Advertising course records, an Olympian, man running with young lady on his shoulders, medals worn with pride and a true quality scrap for the next 12 months worth of team bragging rights.

Jones Lang LaSalle 2010 Help the Hospices 5km - Regents Park, London
September 2nd Regents Park was bathed in a late summer glow of sunshine and with Jones Lang LaSalle employees and corporate friends gathered on the start line, plus Olympic oarsman Alan Campbell, the omens for running based lactic love were very positive.
Alan Silvester stole the show in the men's race and very nearly snaffled a sub 18 minute clocking, while in the women's race the 2009 champ Florence Davey-Atlee once more showed her mettle and also was very close to getting a significant sub 20 minute time.

A romping great Anthony Nolan 5km success
The inaugural Royal Romp 5km produced weekend magic as elite fundraisers and elite runners combined to celebrate the creation of a new and special annual Anthony Nolan event in Regents Park delivered by LGN.
As over 200 runners from all backgrounds aerobically frolicked in what was once the hunting playground of Henry 8th, a nod to blue blood heritage was given as runners raced resplendent in golden regal crowns as issued by the Anthony Nolan events team and they were driven on in their noble pursuit by the elegant sound of the Pandemic Steel Band Orchestra.

10th September 2009 and London's advertsing population awoke to sunshine and a day of bubbling anticipation for their industry's biggest running event, hosted on the day by LGN and in partnership with industry patrons NABS.
Majestic Regents Park complete with London Zoo animal exotica and visting tourists held their collective breath for the sweet sound of air cushioned soles and well seasoned tarmac coming together in beautiful union.
The Inter Advertising 5km was designed to bring to life LGN's Run Club philosophy that running as a tool for life fitness is absolutely for everyone. And with LGN expert guidance we hope all runners...

Congratulations to all Jones Lang LaSalle runners & their associates who ran the inaugural JLL charity 5km in aid of Help the Hospices.
Beautiful Regents Park played host and although the exceptional wind blew hard, all runners showed an able gazelle-like grace and skipped to the finish with smiling glee.... photos to follow may put this statement to the test.
Particular gazelle-like applause must go to Christian Olliver the men's winner in 18mins & 28 seconds and indeed Florence Davey-Attlee who was the first woman home in 20.02, both very impressive times given the windy conditions.
