Each agency team is made up of 5 men & 5 women - it is the cumaltive time of all 10 that creates the team time, quickest team wins the trophy, the glory and the plaudits.

Team competition : Fastest agency team of 5 men & 5 women (multiple teams are welcome)
Location : Beautiful and regal Regents Park - Hub Bar & Cafe
Course : Flat & fast 5km route, officially measured and ratified by UK Athletics
