Welcome to LGN's only point to point 1km 'Loop' and to what is our flattest route as LGN Run Club members will speed along part of London's rich industrial heritage.

LGN Run Club’s Kings Cross 1km Loop

Welcome to LGN's most urban 1km Loop and proof positive that even the crowded old London as Samuel Johnson describes above as ample room for running and in particular a 1km loop.

Hounslow for too long has been LGN's West London outpost without the aerobic love of our LGN 1km surveryor's wheel, however, now that the healthy team at Pernod Ricard are enjoying both an LGN Run Club & Walk Club we are happy to announce that the Hounslow 1km loop is now up & quite literally running.

London's financial Square Mile district, not a part of town renowned for open green spaces, let alone an area big enough for an LGN measured 1km loop.
However, on behalf of our committed RBS Run Club team the LGN trainers tracked down the perfect green 1km location at Weavers Fields and once more unleashed the unnerving accuracy of LGN's measuring wheel.

About as central London as you can get, the Russell Square LGN 1km loop provides a quick endorphin 1km fix for those not wanting to go too far from the office

Once a private hunting ground for Henry 8th and now open to you for your very own royal LGN 1km romp, the Royal Parks 'Jewel in the Crown' is indeed a tad special

What better place to test your physical attributes than a royal park that was the London dueling site up to the late 17th century when King Charles numero dos added 40 acres for his own walking constitution - hence Constitution Hill
17th Green Park was enjoyed by landed gentry in heavy imported cotton, lace and latterly tweed, and we are lead to believe that no moisture wicking Dri Fit material was readily available
