The annual Legal industry 5km run is back on 23rd April 2026.

London's beautiful Regent's Park once more plays host to the healthy networking event sponsored by MD Communications.

Date: Thursday 23rd April 2026

Time: 5pm arrival / race starts 6pm

Place: Regent’s Park, Hub Bar and Café Map

Facilities: Bag drop, changing rooms, showers and toilets

Course: Flat and fast 5k, chip timing

MD Communications Legal 5k team competition: 

The times of the first three fastest women and three fastest men from each team will count but you may enter a team of any size, or join in as a solo running representative.
