The annual Legal industry 5km run is back on 23rd April 2026.

London's beautiful Regent's Park once more plays host to the healthy networking event sponsored by MD Communications.

Time: 5pm arrival / race starts 6pm

Place: Regent’s Park, Hub Bar and Café Map

Facilities: Bag drop, changing rooms, showers and toilets

Course: Flat and fast 5k, chip timing

NOTE: To qualify for team awards, teams must have a minimum of three men and three women present on race day.

The race is open to everyone in the industry: anyone working at a law firm or chambers, in-house, and legal journalists.
