M&C Saatchi's Kat revels in running fitness shoe glory!

LGN's in-house Run Club at M&C Saatchi inspired Kat to a 10.5%1km winning improvement

M&C Saatchi's LGN Run Club trainer James said:

Kat's winning 10.5% improvement gained her an LGN golden ticket to LGN's partners Runners Need for video gait analysis and 1km winning shoe prize prescription.

Kat was given a pair of neutral running shoes for her initial gait analysis

Kat then hit the treadmill like a leopard while the Darfish video software assessed her gait

The results showed Kat mildly over-pronated on her left foot & ideally required mild support

And then the fun part of choosing what shoes simply felt best on her feet

In the end Asic's classic Kayano proved the winner!
