LGN Wellbeing's Weekly Info Nugget (aka WIN)

This week LGN gets nostalgic, life reflective and just a little bit smug.

Dip Dip hooray!

They always say “never go back” but we always do…however, can today’s pampered elite athletes really live up to the halcyon TV days of Brian Jacks unstoppable dips and of course Kevin Keegan falling off his bike - here

Hauled over the Coe’lls (?!)

You can’t please all the people all the time, just ask Seb Coe, world records, double Olympic champion, creates 2012 winning bid and pulls off celebrated success only to receive this book review, no one said life is easy.

Watch out, fraudulent running advice abounds

Ok so there is some LGN self interest here, but given we pride ourselves on our LGN running passion and fantastically qualified LGN Run Club trainers, it is interesting to see that people are starting to take notice of those who are perhaps over-selling themselves to advertise running ‘advice’.
