In-house corporate running clubs

The most popular service within our portfolio, LGN corporate running clubs provide expert progressive training for all abilities based directly from the workplace. Both running confidence and community are developed over time by the on-going LGN trainer e-mail communication, providing a true active arena for training schedule maintenance, goal setting, Q&A and general post session discussion.
 

Corporate seminars

LGN speakers provide expert insight across the entire spectrum of running related areas, from training to nutrition, mental preparation and injury prevention. This service is utilised by key clients such as CitiBank, Nike, UBS and BP.

Race event activation and support

Creating competitive running platforms and acting as a catalyst for naturally occurring rivalries to flourish.

In 2008 LGN created the Inter Advertising Industry 5km Challenge, pitting creative agencies against media agencies in Regents Park, with over 600 participants taking part in the qualifying events alone. Industry charity patron NABS subsequently added the LGN 5km event as an annual event to the industry calendar.

Executive coaching

Wellbeing budgets can often be wasted on rarely used senior management gym memberships. LGN's bespoke running coaching allows wellbeing budgets to be capped, enabling the wellbeing perk to be contractually offered, but cost limited to actual usage.
