LGN Run Club inaugural monthly 1km winner - Sophie's Choice

LGN Run Clubs use our measured 1km London Loops each month to provide a tangible measure of progress and each month LGN presents a prize to the Run Club member who has made the biggest percentage improvement.

In April our winner was Sophie from our Run Club based at leading advertsing agency M&C Saatchi

Sophie from M&C Saatchi spent her Tuesday lunchtime getting the full LGN Run Club lactic love from our partners at Asics via their flagship store on Argyle Street central London.

And Sophie's whopping 19% 1km time imrpovement in April enabled her to benefit from both the new 3D static foot scan to understand exact dimensions of each foot, their arch height and pressure points.

Then with this information Sophie was put through her running paces on their treadmill and filmed via Dartfish video analysis to determine whoch Asics shoe would best suit her style.

Sophie in the end was prescribed a superb pair of Asics Evolution as per below.

Well done again to Sophie for her cracking monthly 1km improvement and the question is who and from what Run Club will our May 1km winner come...?
