Tangent Snowball's Sarah takes win with 17.8% improvement!
LGN's in-house Run Club at Tangent Snowball inspired Sarah to a whopping 17.8% 1km improvement
Tangent Snowball's LGN Run Club trainer Karl said:

Sarah's winning 17.8% improvement gained her an LGN golden ticket to LGN's partners Runners Need for video gait analysis and 1km winning shoe prize prescription.

Sarah was first given gait analysis by the Runners Need Oxford Circus team
The results showed that Sarah was an over-pronater and required mild shoe support
And then back on the treadmill to choose what supportive shoes felt best
In the end it was Nike's Zoom Structure that proved to be the winner!
