Nike Pegasus were used for Alex's treadmill video analysis by the Holborn Runners Need team 

Video analysis decalred Alex to be perfectly neutral so he went on to try a pair of Brooks Ghost

In the end Alex was sold on the regal gel cushioning offered by the iconic Asics Nimbus 14

With new shoes in hand & confidence flowing Alex threatens to beat Ryan's 10km PB!
